iPhone 5 (32GB) – $749.00

iphone 5 (64GB) – $849.00

The Straight Talk Wireless plan promotes that you can “Cut Your Cell Phone Bill in Half” by using one of their service plans. Here’s what they offer:

$30 Plan – Pay per month  and you receive 1,000 nationwide minutes. 30 MB of mobile web access, 411 info calls included at no extra charge and you don’t have to sign a 2-year contract. This service makes sure you stay connected without interruption and automatically refills on your service end date.  Make sure you have an up-to-date credit/debit card to continue.

$495 Plan – It’s a 12-month payment plan and you save an additional $45 on “Unlimited Nationwide” minutes, text or picture messages. You also receive unlimited mobile web access and 411 calls. No contract needed and you have the Auto Refill option.

This is a fairly new service and it sometimes takes time to get all the kinks straightened out, but according to a review site called Straight Owl, there have been numerous complaints on the new Straight Talk service plan.

Some customers who purchased the plan for either iPhone or Android are stating that after they purchased the service plan their service would shut off at the end of each month even though they had the Auto Fill rollover plan. Others have stated that their connection has been bad in public. However, one of the biggest complaints has been about their customer service people. Customers are complaining that the ST customer service was unable to resolve simple problems, had very long wait times, and had to call back several times to resolve things. Hopefully Straight Talk will get their act together and things will begin running smoothly.
